Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the Tour The Top Service, operated by Tour The Top, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. It applies to subscriptions purchased through our web checkout.
1. Subscriptions and billing
- Tour The Top is offered as a paid subscription, billed per band.
- Payments are processed by Stripe through our web checkout; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- We will notify you of any change to your subscription price before it takes effect.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app (subscription management) or by contacting support@tourthetop.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and it does not renew after that.
3. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; when you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, and partial or unused periods are not refunded.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause your subscription until payment succeeds. Prolonged non-payment may result in cancellation.
