Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Tour The Top, Inc. (“Tour The Top,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use the Tour The Top mobile and web applications and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Tour The Top is a coordination and management platform for touring bands. The Service is operated by Tour The Top, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@tourthetop.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information, which you provide or generate while using the Service:
Account & profile
- Email address, name, phone number, and postal address
- Date of birth
- Profile photos and other content you upload
Identity & travel documents (for tour logistics)
- Driver’s license number, issuing state, and expiry
- TSA Known Traveler Number and Global Entry number
- Emergency contact details
Health information
- Allergies and dietary restrictions
- Height and weight (where provided for tour/hospitality logistics)
Allergies, dietary restrictions, and height/weight are treated as health information. We collect them only to coordinate catering, hospitality, and travel, and only when you provide them.
Service content
- Messages you send within the Service
- Venue, event, tour, merchandise, inventory, guest-list, and lodging data you enter
Support & diagnostics
- Support conversations you start (chat content and any attachments, including photos and voice notes), via our support provider (Intercom)
- Crash reports, error logs, and performance diagnostics (via Sentry) — not linked to your identity
- When you use the in-app “shake to report” feature: a screenshot or screen recording of the current screen, plus network and console logs and device/OS details (via Shake). This may capture whatever is on screen at the time — take care not to submit a report from a screen showing sensitive information
- Device and operating-system information and, where enabled, a push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging and Expo)
3. Payments
Subscriptions are purchased through a web checkout handled by Stripe. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s platform and processed by Stripe under Stripe’s Privacy Policy. The Tour The Top app never receives or stores your full card number.
4. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features
- To coordinate tours, events, travel, hospitality, and logistics you set up
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To process subscriptions and manage entitlements
- To respond to your support requests
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability
- To send you Service-related communications and, where enabled, notifications
5. How your information is stored and retained
Your data is stored on servers we operate through our infrastructure provider (Supabase). We retain it for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account (see “Your rights” below), we delete your associated data from our systems, except where we are required to retain limited records to meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the Service work, and only as needed for the purpose listed. We do not sell your personal information.

- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We do not serve personalized or behavioral advertising, and we do not collect an advertising identifier.
- We do not collect your location, and the app requests no location permission. Maps display venue pins only.

8. Your rights and choices
You can:
- Access and update your profile information in the app.
- Delete your account and data from within the app (Settings → account deletion) or on the web at tourthetop.com/account/delete. Deletion removes your associated data from our systems as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or portability) under laws like the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. To exercise them, contact support@tourthetop.com.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults working in and around the touring-music industry and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
